Dear Neil,
We wanted to express our extensive appreciation to your work crew who removed our broken central air conditioning system and replaced it with a new system yesterday, July 21, the hottest day in 16 years. Andy Luidhart worked directly with my wife Susan last week (when the system finally gave out and I was out of town) to spec out a replacement proposal. We contacted Andy to accept the proposal on Monday of this week and within an hour he had scheduled the work for yesterday, Thursday.
Josh, Kevin, and a third person who I did not know made up the work crew. I was most impressed with their work ethic to get the job done right before the day was over and in spite of the debilitating heat outside. They took time to answer a few questions I had and to explain what they were doing as they went along. To say the least, Susan and I are highly appreciative of their efforts. Please pass along our thanks and appreciation to them.
