The purpose of an annual precision tune-up is to advise the home owner of repairs needed before the heating season. The annual precision tune-up will help to extend the life of your equipment, reducing costly repairs, improve furnace capacity, and lower energy bills.
Our precision tune-up includes the following procedures:
- Clean and adjust burner assembly
- Clean ignition assembly
- Check heat exchanger for cracks
- Test safety controls
- Clean and replace *standard air filters
- Check and oil blower assembly
- Tighten electrical connections
- Lubricate all moving parts as needed
- Adjust air flow for proper temperature rise
- Check thermostat connections
- Clean condensate drain
- Check the operation of the heating system
The heating precision tune-up special is $89.00, per system.
*Standard filters do not include Air Bear, Spaceguard, or Dynamic filters.
